Wedding Wardrobe Survey: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The survey is open to UK-based customers aged 18 or over. You do not need to have previously purchased from The OWN Studio to complete the survey.

The survey may only be completed once per customer, and only one £100 gift is valid per customer. Multiple submissions or attempts to claim more than one gift will not be eligible.

£100 gift
Everyone who submits a completed survey and meets the eligibility criteria will be entitled to a £100 gift towards a new purchase with The OWN Studio.

The £100 gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. It can be redeemed against any new purchase of a full price OWN gown or the OWN AGAIN (rewear service), where applicable.

The gift cannot be applied retrospectively to any previous purchase or payment and cannot be used to reduce the value of an order that has already been completed.

The £100 gift cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer. The £100 gift cannot be used on The OWN Studio accessories or on sample sale purchases. 

Gift Eligibility & Validity

New customers who have not previously purchased from The OWN Studio: the £100 gift becomes valid 30 calendar days after their first appointment and must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of becoming valid.

Customers who have previously visited The OWN Studio but have not purchased: the £100 gift becomes valid on completion of the survey and must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of completing the survey.

Existing customers who have previously purchased from The OWN Studio: the £100 gift becomes valid on completion of the survey and can be used towards an additional gown purchase or the OWN AGAIN rewear service. It cannot be applied retrospectively to any previous payment or purchase and must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of completing the survey.

Completing the survey does not create a cash entitlement. The £100 is provided solely as a gift towards an eligible purchase or service.

How to Redeem Your Gift
To redeem your £100 gift, please contact one of our stylists at info@theownstudio.com. Our team will validate that you have completed the survey and confirm your eligibility for the gift.

Once validated, the £100 gift will be applied to your invoice when an eligible order is placed.

Survey Closing Date
The survey closes at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026. Surveys submitted after this time will not be eligible for the £100 gift.

Data Protection
Any personal information provided when completing the survey, including your name and email address, will be handled in accordance with The OWN Studio Privacy Policy.

Your details will be used to administer the survey and provide your £100 gift, as well as for any other purposes you have expressly consented to.

General
The OWN Studio reserves the right to amend or withdraw the survey or £100 gift incentive where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
