Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Our pieces are non-refundable because they are either made to measure or made to order, especially for you. If you would like to try a sample before you buy, please make an appointment to try on in our studio. If you are based overseas, please book a virtual appointment.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will offer you a refund or replacement item, please advise us of this within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or the product has been altered or worn unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If your item is faulty and you are eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition that you received it. Any marks, damages or snags in the fabric will mean we cannot offer a refund. It must also be returned in the original packaging with the labels attached.
- Please allow 3 days for your refund to process.
These are the next steps:
- Please email email@example.com to let us know which items you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid postage label for the return.
- Pack any unwanted items, along with the original proof of purchase document and any returns information in the original packaging and postal box/bag.
- Post your item to: THE OWN STUDIO, 374-378 OLD STREET, LONDON EC1V 9LT UNITED KINGDOM.
If you are returning your pre-loved shoes:
If your shoes aren't quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us. Please find information on how to return your item below. To complete your return:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which items you would like to return.
2. Pack the unwanted items in the original packaging and postal box/bag. Please note if the box is damaged we will be unable to accept the return.
3. Post your item to: THE OWN STUDIO, 374-378 Old Street London EC1V 9LT. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a secure courier with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance as you will be responsible for the items in transit - unfortunately we are unable to refund any orders which get lost. You can book a secure courier easily online via Parcel2Go or Parcel Monkey. Once we receive the item we will process your refund
