HOW YOUR DRESS WILL BE SHIPPED
Bridal gowns are shipped with a padded hanger and OWN garment bag, they are packed with huge amounts of love and care in an OWN bridal presentation box. We ship via UPS and FedEx Express and our shipments are fully tracked and insured We ship via UPS and FedEx Express and our shipments are fully tracked and insured. Party and evening pieces are packed with the same care and attention and will arrive in an OWN presentation box.
Once your dress has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. For updates on tracking please check the tracking link or call the carrier with your shipping number. We are unable to contact the shipper on your behalf.
Please be careful when receiving comms from the shipping carrier that you do not give out sensitive information if asked - please always speak to us first if you are being asked to provide further details and we will confirm if it is genuine.
Please notify us of any change to your shipping address, this is your responsibility.
If there is any change to your shipping schedule we will notify you as soon as possible.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR OUTFIT
As your outfit will need to be folded when packaged for shipping, it may require a light steam once it arrives with you. We recommend THIS handheld steamer from Amazon if you do not have one.
When you receive your dress, hang it up in its dress bag for a few days, ensuring the bottom of the dress isn’t touching the floor. This will help ease any creasing, particularly at the bottom of the dress.
Once you’ve let it hang out, lie the dress flat in the dress bag if you can - somewhere nice and dry (e.g. a spare bedroom). If there isn’t anywhere suitable to lie it flat, then don’t worry too much, it’s fine to hang it by the straps (we have them hanging like this in the studio and they hold their shape very well.)
A week or so before the wedding hang the dress up by its straps in its garment bag - again, we’d recommend somewhere nice and high so the train doesn’t touch the floor.
