Customer Services and Team Assistant (Full Time)

Reporting into our Studio Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing customer enquiries:

  • Management of customer enquiries - you will be part of the team who are responsible for liaising with new customers and existing customers 
  • Booking fittings and managing our appointment and collection diaries 
  • Proactive diary management to ensure everything works seamlessly for our customers and our team
  • Managing our sample send outs and sample log for VIPs and press
  • Fulfilment of customer orders and organising deliveries
  • Assisting our Senior Stylist with production related admin tasks
  • Studio admin tasks 


You are someone who will be:

  • A lover of our brand and a lover of all things fashion
  • Excited and passionate about customer management and business operations 
  • An excellent team player with a warm, positive attitude and someone who is super collaborative in their approach. We will want to see evidence of your ability to work successfully in a team, as well as your ability to work independently 
  • An innate ability to build strong relationships both externally and internally 
  • Good initiative to anticipate what people want/need 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and an ability to adapt to our house style 
  • Calm and balanced approach to solving issues with a solutions first attitude  
  • Super organised with excellent diary and email management and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work at pace and thrives working in a busy environment 
  • Able to solve problems and use your initiative
  • Previous retail experience is essential 

  

Studio Stylist (Part Time)

Working as part of our team of stylists, you will be responsible for running bridal and occasion wear appointments in our beautiful East London studio. You will create a really special, memorable experience for each and every customer, help them choose the right styles for them and offer styling suggestions where needed. You should have a love and flair for fashion and styling, be a natural and confident ‘people person’ and live and breathe the brand. You must have strong attention to detail, emotional intelligence and the ability to think on their feet to ensure you are giving customers the best possible experience. Previous luxury retail experience preferred.
