Since I'm in the US I had to have a 'virtual' appointment during which a member of their team showed me the dress and talked me through the process. As a nervous/admittedly controlling bride, I was surprised by how confident I felt that the dress would be exactly what I wanted. The instructions for taking my own measurements were extremely clear, as well. After about 8 months I received my dress and am over the moon with how it fits. The craftsmanship is clearly exceptional and it was packaged beautifully. I also love that they provide instructions on how to care for the dress and repurpose it after the wedding.
