The rugged coast of Suffolk with its sandy dunes and tranquil wheat fields was the setting for Ally and Rob's gorgeous wedding. Ally says "We honestly couldn’t have been luckier with the most beautiful sunny May day in Walberswick — the place where we fell in love and later got engaged, so it already held so much meaning for us.
"The whole day just felt magical, and we truly felt like the luckiest humans in the world. It felt as though the whole village came out to celebrate, especially when the entire wedding party walked from the church to our favourite pub, The Anchor, where we had the marquee. Locals were waving, beeping their car horns, and even coming out of their houses to cheer us on — it was so special.
"The ceremony itself was incredibly meaningful, made even more so by the fact my auntie led it. Afterwards, we had champagne in the ruins of the old church, which felt so unique and memorable before walking together to The Anchor.
"Food was a big part of the day for us — starting with oysters and champagne and ending with the most amazing cake that a special family friend made.
"I fell in love with my OWN veil immediately, but I can’t thank The OWN Studio team enough for being so patient with me when I flipped between two dresses. In the end, I chose the very first dress I tried on — STYLE 029 - and I’ll never get over how perfectly it fit me, like a glove, and how comfortable and completely myself I felt in it all day."
