DELIVERY Shipping is complimentary for orders over £100. Orders take up to 3 business days to arrive.
RETURNS. If it isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us. Please find information on how to return your item below. To complete your return:
1. Please email info@theownstudio.com to let us know which items you would like to return.
2. Pack the unwanted items in the original packaging and postal box/bag. Please note if the box is damaged we will be unable to accept the return.
3. Post your item to: THE OWN STUDIO, 374-378 Old Street London EC1V 9LT. We recommend using a secure courier with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance as you will be responsible for the items in transit - unfortunately we are unable to refund any orders which get lost. You can book a secure courier easily online via Parcel2Go or Parcel Monkey. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive the item we will process your refund
