A NOTE FROM US

Hello everyone,


We hope you are well and managing ok during this crazy time. We know this is a very stressful period for couples with lots of uncertainty so we are sending you lots of positivity and we are here to help however we can.


We know some of you have taken the difficult decision to postpone your wedding date. We can only imagine what an upsetting time this must be for you and we are here to help you in whatever way we can. 


If you have any questions or concerns about any area of your wedding, please feel free to drop us a note and we can point you in the best direction for the advice you need. 


We also wanted to give you some reassurance:


TO OUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS


If you have already placed and order with us, we want to reassure you our seamstresses are able to continue producing orders safely within the current government working guidelines. By now, we will have already been in touch with you to let you know how your order is progressing and when you can expect your delivery. 


For brides who had a fitting planned with us, we will have already been in touch with you about rearranging it. Your dress will be kept safely with us until we are able to meet with you. 


PLACING NEW ORDERS


If you were planning on placing an order with us in the upcoming months, all of our bridal and bridesmaid pieces are made in London and our seamstresses are able to continue producing orders safely within the current government working guidelines. Our mills and seamstresses are working as usual and we are continuing to make our beautiful pieces. However, as we all know, this situation is one that changes daily, so we are recommending to our brides and bridesmaids that once they have decided to go ahead with a purchase, to place the order as soon as they are able, so we can move ahead with production. Orders can be placed easily and speedily via our website. 


OUR NEW SAMPLE POSTAGE SERVICE


If you did want to try anything before you buy, we are introducing a sample postage service. Here’s how it works: 

  • Send us an email with the pieces from the collection that you want to try and when you would like to receive the samples (max 2 pc for bridal and 5 pc for bridesmaid)
  • We will send these to you via tracked delivery (we charge a small postage fee for this)
  • You will have three days to try the pieces 
  • Return the pieces to us via tracked delivery 

We are also happy to send you fabric swatches for your favourite pieces too.


VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS 


If you've had a look at the pieces online but want to see them in real life before making a decision, we can 'meet you' over FaceTime, Zoom or Skype and talk you through our styles (albeit virtually!).


We can show you how the fabric moves, chat you through the finer design details and answer any questions you may have. We can always send you a fabric swatch out before the call so you have the fabric in your hands as we chat, as well as send you your favourite samples to try at home after the consultation.
