To complete your return:
1. Please email info@theownstudio.com to let us know which items you would like to return.
2. Pack the unwanted items in the original packaging and postal box/bag. Please note if the box is damaged we will be unable to accept the return.
3. Post your item to: THE OWN STUDIO, 374-378 Old Street London EC1V 9LT. We recommend using a secure courier with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance as you will be responsible for the items in transit - unfortunately we are unable to refund any orders which get lost. You can book a secure courier easily online via Parcel2Go or Parcel Monkey. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
