FORGET BARNS - THIS IS THE NEW RUSTIC WEDDING VENUE
Vineyards and crop fields are having a moment. From Jacquemus’ already iconic fashion show staged in rolling fields of lavender through to the launch of Laura Jackson’s new supper club at the Forty Hall vineyard just outside London, vineyards are quickly becoming the new favourite backdrop for show-stopping events.
We love this incredibly unique variation on the traditional rustic wedding theme.
There’s something totally magical and unexpected about the idea of an open-air wedding feast in the middle of acres of vines, completely surrounded by a vast green, leafy landscape. We’d let the venue take centre stage and keep styling to a minimum - just pretty, colourful menus and a small array of flowers in mismatched vases, with wooden tables and chairs:
L - R - handpainted menus by @tessnewallstudio, watercolour placecards by @brahminletteringco, handmade and bespoke napkins @by_eleanora. BBQ and salad eats by the supreme @walterandmonty. Flowers various on pinterest.
